Beans, beans the magical fruit! A dash of this a dash of that makes these pinto beans magical and so yum! Pair it with Spanish rice and you have a complete protein!
Ingredients: Double this recipe if you have more than 1-2 people. You will regret it if you don't.
1 can of Pinto Beans (or you can soak and make your own)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of onion powder (or 1/8 cup of real chopped onion)
1/4 tsp of garlic powder (or chop two cloves of garlic)
1/8 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
Pour beans (with the bean juice) in a saucepan with all the ingredients and simmer low for 20 min.
Stir occasionally
Eat and Enjoy!
