A Vitamix is an absolute 100% hands-down must-have in the kitchen. If you don't have one, run and get it. Worth every penny! I have had mine for 16yrs.
Metal lemon squeezer. I must use this at least 2 times a week. It is a must-have for squeezing lemons, limes and small oranges. A metal one is more sturdy and lasts longer.
Garlic press is another item I can't live without. It is essential if you hate peeling and chopping garlic and want an easy quick shot of garlic in your dish.
Run don't walk to purchase this absolutely essential kitchen tool. A Kyocera ceramic knife. If you have never used a ceramic knife, it will truly change your life!
